Q: Do I need an appointment to speak to the Pharmacist?
A: While walk-ins may be available, we recommend calling in advance to make sure the Pharmacist is available to see you without delay.
Q: Do I need an appointment for a vaccination?
A: Walk-ins may be available, but we recommend booking in advance using our online form to secure your preferred time. If you have any questions, you’re welcome to call the pharmacy.
Q: Can I get advice from the Pharmacist without seeing a GP?
A: Yes. As part of the NHS Pharmacy First service, you can speak to a pharmacist for a range of minor and/or common conditions without needing to see a GP first. We recommend calling ahead to check availability. Consultations take place in our private consultation room.

A: We aim to process prescriptions as quickly as possible.

Q: Which travel vaccines do you offer?
A: We offer a wide range of travel vaccinations, including commonly requested vaccines such as:
- Meningitis (required for Hajj and Umrah)
- Yellow Fever
- Rabies
- Hepatitis A and B
- Typhoid
Q: How far in advance should I book travel vaccinations?

Q: Can you provide last-minute travel vaccinations?
A: In some cases, yes. However, this depends on your destination and the specific vaccines required. Some vaccines must be given in advance to be effective. (Eg. Yellow Fever vaccine must be administered at least 10 days before travel). We recommend contacting us as soon as possible for advice.

A: Yes, Halliwell Late Night Pharmacy is NHS-approved and listed on NHS services. We are also part of the Healthy Living Pharmacy framework and work closely with the NHS to support our local community.
